First flight to Minsk operated from Strigino after a break

The first direct scheduled flight to Minsk has been operated fr om Strigino International Airport (managed by Airports of Regions MC) after the break. The flight was performed on 11 April 2021, carrying 63 passengers from Nizhny Novgorod to the capital of of Belarus.
The flights are operated by Belavia Airlines once a week on Sundays by Embraer 175 seating 76 passengers.
Departure from Minsk is on Sundays at 00:25; arrival in Nizhny Novgorod is at 02:20. Departures from Nizhny Novgorod are on Sundays at 03:30; arrival in Minsk is at 05:30.
Before travelling, it is necessary to clarify the regime of restrictions imposed in view of coronavirus infection in the territory of a foreign country.
Strigino International Airport is taking measures to counter the spread of coronavirus infection in accordance with the recommendations from federal and regional authorities. In the passenger terminal it is necessary to:
∙ always wear protective face masks;
∙ apply disinfectants on hands;
∙ maintain a social distance of at least 1.5-2.0 metres;
∙ minimise the number of accompanying persons and lim it their stay at the airport to 2 hours.
